Socialbear is seeking a Head of Growth to drive revenue growth across existing clients and expand AI-enabled offerings.

You will shape strategy, lead collaborations with the Leadership Team, Account Managers and our developers, and own the growth pipeline.

Hybrid role based in our Canary Wharf office with three days in the office and two days working from home.

The position offers a £60,000–£75,000 salary plus wellness events, team socials, and monthly progression reviews.
