Executive Assistant to CEO | Hybrid | Up to £42,000 DOE

Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid working available)Hours: 35 hours per weekContract: PermanentSalary: Up to £42,000 depending on experience

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected health and social care provider for a highly capable Executive Assistant to CEO. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional ready to support at executive level within a mission-led organisation.

Key responsibilities as Executive Assistant to CEO:
  • Manage the CEO’s diary, inbox, and appointments with utmost professionalism

  • Draft emails, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

  • Organise and minute senior leadership and board meetings

  • Act as liaison between the CEO, Board of Trustees, and wider teams

  • Ensure the CEO is fully briefed ahead of key engagements and meetings

Who we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO or in a senior-level EA role

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
