As a Senior Researcher, you’ll design and deliver Social Value measurement frameworks and strategies for diverse clients. You’ll work on high-impact projects, providing analytical expertise and thought leadership while mentoring junior researchers and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of the Global TOM System with a focus on methodology and international client needs.
  • Lead Social Value analysis, monetisation, and measurement projects, ensuring practical and innovative outcomes.
  • Conduct and oversee primary and secondary research using advanced qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Manage partnerships with research organisations and deliver Social Value training.
  • Develop new product offerings and contribute to industry thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive experience in Social Value measurement, including SROI and social impact analysis.
  • Strong academic background in Economics or related fields, with quantitative and analytical expertise.
  • Proven track record of managing research projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for driving innovation and delivering client-focused solutions.
