Our mission is to be at the forefront of the ever-evolving digital landscape, helping brands realise their full digital potential through creative content, strategic community engagement, and data-driven paid media campaigns.

Overseeing a team of 6 as Head of Paid Media, you'll lead the team whilst working with an exciting list of high-profile clients. We are at the top of our game when it comes to driving client performance.

The role:

  • Own and manage the Paid Advertising function with full P&L responsibility for key clients.
  • Oversee the teams to develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel paid strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok & more) and ensure that we are hitting targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Paid Specialists, Account Managers & Executives.
  • Work closely with clients to drive results and build long-term partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and thought leadership across the team.
  • Contribute to new business development, pitching and upselling services.

Requirements:

  • Proven PPC and Paid Social experience, with a number of years in a leadership role within an agency.
  • Strong team leadership & development experience.
  • Proven track record of successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms goes without saying.
  • Expertise in analytics, forecasting & budget management.
  • Exceptional communication & client relationship skills.
  • A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for growth.
