We build high-performing creator ecosystems that drive consistent GMV growth on TikTok Shop.This role is perfect for someone who understands TikTok creators, affiliate systems, and performance marketing and wants real ownership over results.If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy turning creator partnerships into revenue, we\’d love to hear from you.What You\’ll Be Responsible For Develop and manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns to drive GMV and ROIRecruit, activate, and scale TikTok creators across multiple nichesBuild strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and creatorsManage outreach, product seeding, and onboarding workflowsTrack GMV, commissions, weekly KPIs, and campaign performanceSupport product launches through strategic creator partnershipsCoordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and campaign follow-upsEnsure creators remain active, consistent, and aligned with performance goalsWhat We\’re Looking For Minimum 1+ year experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or eCommerce growth rolesStrong understanding of TikTok creators and affiliate ecosystemsConfident communicator who can build relationships and drive actionAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metricsHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creators at onceComfortable working with tracking sheets, reporting, and performance targetsDay-to-Day Tasks Conduct affiliate outreach using approved scripts and targeting guidelinesCoordinate and track product samplingMonitor creator activity and promotion consistencyMaintain clean tracking sheets and weekly performance reportsProvide fast, professional responses to creator inquiriesManage onboarding and campaign participation inside TikTok ShopWhy Join Us Work with fast-growing eCommerce brandsBe part of a performance-driven teamReal ownership and impact on revenue growthLong-term opportunity with room to growHow to Apply If this role sounds like a strong fit, we\’d love to hear from you.
