The role begins on a recruit‑to‑reserve basis, with successful candidates placed on a merit‑ordered reserve list pending future openings.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to a team as required.
- Working within a fast‑paced environment to complete tasks with attention to detail and provide the best service possible.
- Collaborating with peer colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to delivering our work.
- Speaking to clients, colleagues or stakeholders through incoming and outgoing calls.
- Answering queries via email.
- Carrying out administrative tasks using various computer systems.
- Ensuring that work allocated to you is completed on time and accurately.
- Organising and preparing meetings and events, prioritising tasks and coordinating activity.

Working Pattern
Working hours are 35 hours per week. The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week in either the Glasgow or Dundee office, and a home base at 220 High Street, Glasgow. The position is based in Glasgow and is in‑person.
