The Opportunity

Located moments from Farringdon Station, one of London’s best connected transport hubs, The Boundary benefits from heavy commuter footfall, a highly affluent professional audience and strong demand across every part of the day. With Smithfield Market generating early morning buzz, Hatton Garden driving weekday trade and destination interest, whilst weekends are fuelled by leisure, food and sport, this is a venue with huge commercial opportunity. The Boundary is a high-energy, sports-led venue designed for socialising, celebrating and soaking up live sport. The venue features multiple HD screens throughout, showing Sky Sports, TNT Sports, LaLiga TV and NFL Game Pass, alongside pool tables and interactive dartboards that keep the atmosphere lively even between fixtures. A strong, crave-led food offer of burgers, pizzas, wings and sharers underpins the trade, supported by an outdoor space for all-day socialising. We’re dog-friendly, Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly during daytime hours and transform into a buzzing sports hub for after-work crowds, corporate bookings and packed-out weekend fixtures including football, rugby, NFL, boxing and F1.

About You

As General Manager, you’ll be fully accountable for driving footfall, sales and profit, using sport, food and atmosphere as your biggest tools. You’ll bring key fixtures to life, ensure every matchday feels unmissable, and actively grow pre-booked sales through local networking, corporate relationships and team socials. Leading from the front, you’ll build and inspire a high-performing team, maintain high standards across all trading sessions, and create a welcoming, energetic guest experience from morning trade through to late finishes. We’re looking for a proven General Manager with success within Stonegate, who genuinely understands high-volume sport and can manage strong food volumes too. You’ll be a confident leader, commercially savvy, passionate about sport and brilliant at building relationships, with your team, your guests and the local area. A hands-on approach and a relentless focus on guest experience are essential.
