We are on the lookout for a driven Deputy Manager who can inspire and empower their team to create outstanding guest experiences at Graduate. If you love motivating others, driving performance, and making a real impact, we would love to chat.

  • Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help the team grow.
  • Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver our vision.
  • Maintain consistency in standards and procedures.

A little bit about us… At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If it’s live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it.

The Graduate is a fantastic city centre pub in Sheffield with a great informal atmosphere. We offer our guests quality food and drink, and we are proud of our Cask Marque-approved accreditation. From bottomless brunch to watching the big match on one of our many screens, we’ve got something to offer everyone. If our guests are feeling competitive, we have pool tables and beer pong tables, which create a buzzing atmosphere.
