About the Role
As a Family Safeguarding Social Worker, you\'ll work in a truly multi-disciplinary team alongside domestic abuse practitioners, recovery workers, psychologists, and other professionals using motivational interviewing and strengths-based approaches.
You\'ll be responsible for:
- Managing complex cases and court proceedings
- Building strong relationships with families and children
- Delivering high-quality, relationship-based social work
