Social Personnel are recruiting for a Social Worker for the Community Team in Derbyshire.

Duties include:

  • Complete safeguarding enquiries under s42 Care Act and experience in practicing within the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP).
  • Complete person-centred assessment and strength based support planning and reviews.
  • Complete face to face visits within the Derby city areas; this is a hybrid role, some office attendance is required.

Essential experience:

  • You must have recent experience in using LAS - Liquid logic and able to navigate autonomously.
  • You must have experience in completing mental capacity assessments and subsequent completing Best Interest work.
