I am looking for the following:
- Adults Social Care Team - Specialist Customer Service Officer - Locum position
- Based in Oxfordshire Contact Centre - HYBRID Working (You will need to attend the centre on Tuesday/ Wednesday - the rest working from home)
- £22 per hour - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- This will be a 3 - 6 month contract
- Will not need a DBS for this role - So quick interview and start
You will be listening to transcripts via 999 calls and signposting for the social care team to follow up on. You will be reporting into the Customer Engagement Manager in the Adult Social Care service.
