Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting elderly individuals in their daily activities, ensuring they are comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to: * Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming) * Helping with mobility and moving patients safely * Supporting daily activities such as meal preparation and eating assistance * Providing companionship and emotional support * Administering medication as required and following care plans * Assisting with light housekeeping tasks * Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns to senior staff
