Social Personnel are recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner for a CIN and CP Team in Leeds.
Duties include:
- Manage a complex caseload comprising of Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, Child Care Proceedings until permanence.
- Lead and manage responsibility for a complex caseload alongside other social workers. (No supervisory or line manager responsibilities)
- Promote family led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs.
Requirements:
- Be able to demonstrate excellent relational work with children and families and be able to engage children through direct work and child centred practice.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to meet competing demands are required to ensure practice standards, good quality and practice and performance.
- Excellent analytical assessment skills and with high quality written work.
