The Role

As an Email Assistant, you'll sit inside one of our delivery pods, working closely with Email Strategists, Growth Strategists, and Designers to keep email programmes running at the highest standard across our brand partners. This is a coordination and execution-heavy role that requires meticulous attention to detail, sharp written communication, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously. You'll be the engine behind the email channel - making sure nothing slips, nothing goes out broken, and every campaign is produced to the Social Paradigm Group standard. If you're someone who takes ownership, thrives on process, and finds satisfaction in getting things done right - this role is for you.
