We're on the hunt for a sharp, enthusiastic writer to join the team and keep our content cadence rolling across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email newsletters. It's a permanent, full-time gig — perfect if you love writing, get a kick out of nailing different voices for different people, and want to build up real experience fast. This is a great fit for someone who wants real creative ownership and enjoys the challenge of capturing a distinct voice and making it land. You'll ideally have a year or so of writing experience already (professional, freelance, or serious personal projects all count), real imagination, and the drive to make this role your own.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working directly with teams across the business to develop content from their ideas and input
  • Turning raw material — calls, voice notes, rough ideas, transcripts — into polished, platform-native copy for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email
  • Developing and maintaining distinct, consistent voices across different platforms and people
  • Keeping a regular content cadence and publishing rhythm going
  • Scheduling and publishing content using our tools (we'll train you up if you're new to this)
  • Repurposing long-form material into multiple short-form pieces

What we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years experience writing — social content, copywriting, journalism, blogging, or similar
  • Real imagination — the ability to take a rough idea and make it sing, not just tidy it up
  • A sharp ear for tone, and the ability to hold multiple distinct voices without them blurring together
  • Comfortable working independently from messy source material
  • Reliable, deadline-driven, and up for a consistent weekly publishing rhythm
  • Genuinely online — you use these platforms yourself and have a feel for what works
  • Excellent English writing, grammar, and editing instincts

Nice to have:

  • Some familiarity with newsletter platforms or social scheduling tools
  • Any experience turning long-form content (podcasts, interviews, calls) into short-form pieces
  • Experience adapting your writing to match someone else's tone or brand voice

Why join us:

  • Close, regular collaboration with senior leadership — real input into how the company shows up publicly
  • A group that owns its own proprietary technology in the ecommerce/marketing space
  • A large and growing portfolio of brand partners across health, wellness, lifestyle, fashion and more
  • A young, hungry, ambitious team that takes the work seriously
  • Real career progression as we grow — new roles are opening up constantly, and this is a genuine way in
  • Fully remote, 30 days annual leave, birthday off, monthly team days and socials
  • Salary £28k-£30k
