Our Mission

Social Paradigm Group is the result of two of the UK's leading D2C agencies - Social Nucleus and Paradigm Media - merging to form a single group built around one goal: helping ambitious ecommerce brands grow profitably. With 60+ brand partners, £50M+ in annual managed ad spend, proprietary tech built in-house (AdSynth and eCompass), and elite teams across paid media, creative, email and strategy, we're building something no other agency group in the UK has under one roof.

The Role

As an Email Assistant, you'll sit inside one of our delivery pods, working closely with Email Strategists, Growth Strategists, and Designers to keep email programmes running at the highest standard across our brand partners. This is a coordination and execution-heavy role that requires meticulous attention to detail, sharp written communication, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously. You'll be the engine behind the email channel - making sure nothing slips, nothing goes out broken, and every campaign is produced to the Social Paradigm Group standard. If you're someone who takes ownership, thrives on process, and finds satisfaction in getting things done right - this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Planning & Strategy Support
    • Support monthly email planning and calendar management across multiple client accounts
    • Translate email strategy into clearly scoped tasks for copy, design, and build teams
    • Assist with segmentation planning, automation mapping, and campaign structure
  • Production & Project Management
    • Manage email production end to end - from brief through to deployment
    • Coordinate timelines and deadlines across multiple clients and workstreams
    • Track deliverables and ensure work moves efficiently through the approvals process
    • Maintain clear documentation, project notes, and status updates across all accounts
  • Quality Assurance
    • QA all emails before send - checking links, formatting, personalisation tokens, UTM parameters, and scheduling accuracy
    • Own the pre-send checklist and ensure nothing goes out below the group standard
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Track campaign performance across email accounts
    • Flag meaningful insights and anomalies to the wider team
    • Support the email team with data pulls and reporting as required

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written communication - clear, concise, and professional
  • Exceptional attention to detail - you notice what others miss
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects across different clients without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment where deadlines are non-negotiable
  • A self-starter mentality - you take ownership and don't wait to be chased

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive
  • Background in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands
  • Previous agency experience
  • Familiarity with SMS, segmentation, and automation strategy

Why Social Paradigm Group

  • Work inside a group that owns its own proprietary tech (AdSynth and eCompass) - nobody else in the UK has this
  • 60+ brand partners across health, wellness, lifestyle, fashion and more
  • A young, hungry, ambitious team that takes the work seriously
  • Clear career progression - the group is growing and new leadership roles are being created as we scale
  • Fully remote, 30 days annual leave, birthday off, monthly team days and socials
