Founded in 2019, Social Loop is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We work with ambitious ecommerce and consumer brands across the UK and internationally, helping them grow through Amazon, Shopify, paid media, content creation, email marketing, social media, and digital strategy.

About the Role

  • We're looking for a CRM & Ecommerce Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of one of our fastest-growing service areas.
  • This role is ideal for someone who loves ecommerce, understands customer journeys, and enjoys using email marketing and automation to drive revenue and customer retention.
  • You'll work across a portfolio of ecommerce brands, helping to create, manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, automated flows, customer segmentation, and ecommerce marketing initiatives.
  • Working closely with our content, paid media, design and account management teams, you'll play a key role in helping our clients grow their online sales and maximise customer lifetime value.

What You'll Be Responsible For

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Managing email marketing campaigns across multiple ecommerce brands
  • Building and optimising automated customer journeys and flows
  • Creating campaign calendars and promotional schedules
  • Segmenting customer audiences to improve performance
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement
  • Conducting A/B testing across subject lines, content, offers, and automations
  • Supporting list growth and customer retention initiatives

Automations & Customer Journeys

  • Building and managing flows
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates
  • Mapping customer journeys and improving lifecycle marketing activity

Ecommerce Support

  • Assisting with product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Reviewing customer behaviour and identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with paid media and content teams to maximise campaign performance

    Reporting & Insights

    • Producing monthly reports and performance summaries
    • Analysing customer data and campaign results
    • Providing recommendations based on insights and performance trends
    • Staying up to date with ecommerce and CRM best practices

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years' experience in CRM, Email Marketing, Ecommerce or a similar role
    • Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform
    • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and automation
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Comfortable working with data and reporting on performance
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Strong commercial mindset and focus on results
