Social Interest Group (SIG) in West London is seeking a dedicated Support Mentor to aid women and children in our refuge, helping them heal from trauma. You will provide a safe space, empower residents, and work with partners to identify needs and create pathways to independence.
The role requires compassionate, trauma-informed practice, strong communication, and the ability to manage a rolling rota with some weekend work. Training and supervision are provided to support your development.
