Social Interest Group is seeking a dedicated Support Mentor to work in Kensington and Chelsea. You will assist residents in our supported accommodation, many facing homelessness and complex needs, including mental health, substance use and offending histories.
You will develop tailored support plans, run one-to-one and group sessions, coordinate multi-agency work, and help residents build skills for independent living in a trauma-informed, empowering environment.
