ABOUT THE TALENT ACQUISITION ADMINISTRATOR ROLE This is a key role within our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner. You will take some degree of ownership and responsibility for the onboarding of all new employees, bank workers, and volunteers into our organisation. You will coordinate with key departments to handle new starters, leavers, and monthly changes. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, able to follow policies and processes, ensuring all new hires are made in line with our policies and UK employment law. You will support with collating references, medical health assessments, qualifications, equality monitoring, DBS and eligibility to work in the UK, as well as supporting with the shared mailbox, and managing the process of onboarding through our ATS. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Talent Acquisition and has the ability to carry out a wide range of administration duties, create reports, and navigate online systems. We are a Talent Acquisition team of 3 currently and work within the wider People and Culture team which includes the Generalist team, Workforce Development, and Talent Development. We work collaboratively together, with regular office days and service visits. Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working 09:00 – 17:00 minimum 2 days a week in our central office or a service. We have a team office day on a Monday usually. Salary: £26,100 What are we looking for from a Talent Acquisition Administrator? – IT Proficiency, ability to learn new software programs, advanced knowledge in Microsoft, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. – Ability to learn and navigate new systems, and manage a process on an ATS – High level of attention to detail and accuracy – Ability to create and manage reports – Ability and willingness to attend regular visits to our different service locations – General knowledge and understanding of UK employment law – Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment What would we like, but not essential? * Previous experience navigating ATS and HRIS systems * Previous experience of completing end-to-end recruitment administration * Experience in consulting others, ability to provide advice and guidance in line with employment law and equality acts * Working knowledge and experience managing an Applicant Tracking System or HR System * Professional Qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources * Experience in a similar size organisation and/or charity sector organisation What we offer * 25 days (Full time equivalent) annual leave, increasing with the length of service * Training and Development, including access to courses, upskilling, and progression plans * Employee Assistance Programme, including counselling * Reflective Practice regular sessions with a therapist provided by an external provider to support Mental Health and Wellbeing * Eligibility to register with Blue Light Discount Card * Life Assurance Scheme * Cycle-to-work scheme * Annual Staff Awards ABOUT US Social Interest Group (SIG) believes good care and support improve lives.
