Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

ABOUT THE ROLE

An opportunity to join our team in Lewisham, to support residents and participants to oversee two properties which support residents with acute and/or complex mental health needs, focusing on their recovery within the community rather than in a hospital setting. Your primary aim will be to rehabilitate and reintegrate our residents and participants, helping them reach their personal goals and achieve the level of recovery necessary for a successful return home or move into supported housing. In this role, you will lead by example, providing specialist support to empower and motivate our residents and participants in achieving their personal goals and attaining a level of recovery that allows them to return home or transition into supported housing.

Both properties are located in close proximity to each other and are staffed 24/7 by a minimum of two Mental Health Recovery Workers (MHRWs) at all times at each site.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Rota based Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:30
