We're hiring a People and Culture Coordinator to support in delivering a safe, inclusive, and performance‑development culture. You will act as the first point of contact for routine people and culture queries and will play an essential role in ensuring processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and colleagues receive a consistent and professional experience throughout their employment journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle support for employees, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, starters, contractual changes, variations, leaver processing and DBS updates.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records.
- Respond to routine lifecycle queries.
- Support in preparation and submission of payroll‑relevant information in line with required timelines.
- Carry out routine data accuracy checks and highlight anomalies or system issues to relevant people.
- Maintain compliance logs, including DBS, right to work, training logs and other document tracking.
- Work collaboratively with the wider P&C team to support ad hoc projects and tasks.

Qualifications
- Experience providing customer‑focused support within an office or people‑centred environment.
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with professionalism.
- IT proficiency, ability to learn new software programs, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including relationship building.
- Familiarity with general office systems and processes.
- Understanding of the importance of accurate record‑keeping and data confidentiality.
- Ability and willingness to attend regular visits to our different service locations.
- Proactive nature, with the ability to problem‑solve and identify when to elevate matters.

Desirable Criteria
- Experience coordinating administrative workflows or projects.
- Experience working within a People and Culture/HR environment.
- Experience using HR, ATS and Learning systems.
- Working knowledge of HR procedures and basic employment law practices.
- Proven experience in a similar role and/or taking on similar level responsibilities.
- Experience coaching and advising managers and colleagues in employee relations, performance management, absence management and related areas.
- CIPD Qualification Level 3 (or willingness to work towards a relevant qualification).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000.
- Shift pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per role requirements.
- 25 days (Full‑time equivalent) annual leave, increasing with length of service.
