The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial and forward thinking Registered Manager to lead, strengthen and grow our Southampton Home Care service. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager, who is driven by quality, innovation and service expansion. You will thrive if you enjoy shaping services, building teams, and finding new ways to achieve meaningful, sustainable growth, all while maintaining the highest standards of CQC compliance.
Working closely with the Head of Business Development, your team and Service manager, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Developing and scaling the service
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Enhancing service delivery
- Ensuring development aligns with our values and regulatory requirements
This role is perfect for someone who combines care governance expertise with a passion for entrepreneurial service leadership and development.
Key Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Provide strong, visible and values driven leadership to a growing Home Care service
- Drive service development and expansion through innovative, compliant and ethical practice
- Ensure full adherence to CQC regulations, safeguarding standards and internal quality frameworks
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of care and office staff, cultivating a culture of excellence
- Maintain and elevate quality outcomes, customer satisfaction and service performance
- Work proactively with the Head of Business Development to secure new business and support growth plans
- Apply commercial awareness to manage resources effectively while protecting quality
- Participate in the on call rota (additional payment provided)
About You
You will:
- Be a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready for the next step with a passion for home care services
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of CQC compliance and best practice care governance
- Be dynamic, proactive and entrepreneurial, with a natural drive to build and enhance services in the Southampton area
- Bring creativity, confidence and passion to leading teams and shaping service development
- Combine compassion with commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Ideally hold a Level 5 Diploma (NVQ 5) in Health & Social Care
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
