About You

No formal qualifications? No problem. We value empathy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. If you have the right values, we'll provide full training and ongoing support.

Essential requirements:
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Access to your own car with business insurance
  • Experience in care is a bonus, but not required.
What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but your main focus will be helping people live fulfilling, independent lives, including:

  • Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence
  • Assisting with personal care, meals, and medication
  • Helping with household tasks and participating in daily activities
  • Providing companionship, laughter, and emotional support

You'll be helping people not just live, but thrive.

Pay & Benefits
  • From £12.21 per hour, plus paid travel time at £12.21/hr
  • 45p per mile reimbursement
  • 6 weeks paid annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
