We are looking for a Performance Creative Producer to own scripts, shoots, and creative strategy across our roster of home improvement clients. This is not a beginner's role. You will be responsible for the script every client films, the shoot calendar across the entire roster, and the frameworks the wider creative team relies on.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Writing scripts for every client content shoot, including multiple formats per shoot
  • Briefing clients on tone, camera tips, and pacing before they film
  • Owning the shoot tracker — no client goes more than 120 days without a new shoot
  • Reviewing Meta ad performance with Media Buyers and Editors to spot what's converting
  • Maintaining a swipe file and proposing new script frameworks each quarter

Requirements

  • Proven experience writing scripts or ads for a performance-based agency
  • Strong understanding of paid social creative, particularly Meta
  • Excellent English — written and spoken
  • Strong communication and ability to collaborate across a remote team
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

Bonus: experience in home improvement, trades, or similar industries

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (UK Time)

Compensation

£25,500 base salary
£500 monthly performance bonus, paid when an A rating is achieved in your monthly review
Performance is measured. Standards are high. This is reflected in how the role is compensated.

Important

This is a full-time role. You must not be working with any other clients or agencies during your employment. We are looking for someone fully committed — this is not a side project.

Who This Is For

  • Someone who measures their work by results, not effort
  • Someone who writes fast and writes well
  • Someone who chases shoots until they're booked
  • Someone who is always studying what's working in ads

Who This Is NOT For

  • Anyone who thinks 'creative' means they don't need to hit numbers
  • Anyone who treats deadlines as suggestions
  • Anyone who can't take edits without getting precious
  • Beginners with no performance creative experience
