Social Futures in Liverpool is seeking a part-time Program Worker for the Family Connect in Schools (FCIS) team. You will support families and children in primary and secondary Catholic schools, helping to deliver high-quality services and warm referrals in line with our Practice Framework.
The role requires understanding of challenges faced by marginalised families, experience with intake, assessment and referrals, and case management support.
