Social Fitness is a fast-growing, scale-up business operating at the intersection of digital marketing and fitness. In just 5 years, we’ve partnered with 450+ fitness studios globally, working with some of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands.
We’re looking for a Paid Digital Specialist to join the team and play a key role in driving performance for some of the world’s leading fitness brands. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage campaigns, work directly with clients, and continuously test and optimise to deliver strong, consistent results. We’re looking for someone proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to grow; this is a business where your progression can move quickly as we continue to scale.
Alongside our agency, we also operate Club SF, our own fitness community and presence across gyms in Manchester. This gives you the opportunity to:
- Access and experience a range of gyms and wellness studios across Manchester
- See first-hand how the brands you market operate in the real world
- Get involved on-site, representing the business and connecting with the fitness community
- Bring real-world insight back into your campaigns and creative thinking
It’s a unique chance to bridge the gap between performance marketing and real-life brand experience, something most roles simply don’t offer.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING & BE DOING
- Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns (primarily Meta)
- Monitor performance, analyse data, continuously improve results and report on these results
- Take ownership of campaign strategy, testing and scaling
- Work directly with clients; running calls, presenting results and sharing new ideas
- Maintain strong, professional relationships through clear communication
- Collaborate on and create marketing assets to improve performance
- Take a proactive, problem-solving approach to campaign challenges
- Confident working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Previous experience in paid social and Meta Ads Manager
