Our approach is simple: put clients first, use data to make better decisions, and deliver results that make a difference to their businesses.

Paid Social Account Manager

Location:

Manchester, Northern Quarter HQ / Hybrid — three days per week in the office.

Scope:

Paid social campaign delivery and client account management across a portfolio of fitness studios.

The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to help fitness studios grow through effective Facebook and Instagram advertising and strong client relationships.

You’ll own the day-to-day performance of your accounts, from building and optimising lead generation campaigns to presenting results and recommending what happens next. You’ll understand each client’s goals, take a proactive approach to improving performance, and make sure they feel informed and supported.

This is a hands‑on role that combines campaign delivery, creative thinking and account management. You’ll be comfortable working with data, communicating clearly and taking responsibility for the quality of your work.

What You’ll Own

  • Campaign delivery — building, managing and optimising Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns around each client’s goals.
  • Account performance — monitoring results and budgets, identifying opportunities and taking action when campaigns need attention.
  • Client relationships — being a reliable point of contact, with prompt, professional and personal communication.
  • Performance reviews — leading regular client calls, explaining results clearly and agreeing priorities and next steps.
  • Creative and testing — working with our creative team to create tailored advertising assets and testing new ideas to improve campaign performance.
  • Problem-solving — investigating underperformance, recommending practical solutions and following through on changes.
  • Service standards — keeping commitments, staying organised and making sure every client receives consistent attention and support.

What We’re Looking For

  • A practical understanding of paid social advertising, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
  • Confidence working with campaign data and turning insights into clear actions.
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain performance simply and build trust with clients.
  • A proactive approach — someone who spots issues, brings ideas and follows through.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
  • Creative thinking and an interest in what makes people respond to an advert.
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback and keep improving.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced team where client service and results matter.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns that consistently work towards agreed lead generation and cost‑per‑lead goals.
  • Clients who understand their results, know the plan and feel confident in the support they receive.
  • Performance issues identified early, with clear actions taken and their impact reviewed.
  • Regular creative testing that produces useful learning and informs future campaigns.
  • Accounts that are well managed, with reliable communication and commitments delivered.
  • Strong client relationships that support long‑term retention.

Why Join Social Fitness

You’ll work with studios across some of the biggest names in fitness, helping business owners turn their marketing investment into opportunities for growth.

From day one, you’ll have support from the team and training on our systems and processes. You’ll build your skills across paid social, creative testing and client management, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you and the business develop.

We’re building an environment where people can contribute ideas, take ownership and do work they’re proud of — alongside a team that enjoys what it does.
