Social Fitness is a fast-growing, scale-up business operating at the intersection of digital marketing and fitness. In just 5 years, we’ve partnered with 450+ fitness studios globally, working with some of the fastest-growing boutique fitness and wellness brands including F45, FS8, STRONG Pilates and Anytime Fitness.

We’re looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to join the team and create high performing paid media for some of the world’s leading fitness and wellness brands. This is a performance-led design role, not traditional brand work. You’ll take briefs, but more importantly, you’ll take initiative bringing ideas, improving concepts and constantly pushing for better creative.

  • Creating high-quality static creative, with occasional motion where possible
  • Translating performance insights into stronger creative output
  • Contributing ideas for testing, iteration and scaling campaigns
  • Supporting on occasional pitch work and creative concepts

Experience required:

  • Designing paid social / digital ads
  • Strong understanding of what makes creative convert, not just look good
  • Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite
  • Motion / animation (After Effects or similar)
  • Experience in fitness, wellness or performance-led brands
