Social Fitness is a fast-growing, scale-up business operating at the intersection of digital marketing and fitness. In just 5 years, we’ve partnered with 450+ fitness studios globally, working with some of the fastest-growing boutique fitness and wellness brands including F45, FS8, STRONG Pilates and Anytime Fitness. We don’t just create content. We create performance driven creative that scales.

We’re looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to join the team and create high performing paid media for some of the world’s leading fitness and wellness brands. This is a performance-led design role, not traditional brand work. Your output will directly impact results, clicks, leads and memberships. You’ll take briefs, but more importantly, you’ll take initiative bringing ideas, improving concepts and constantly pushing for better creative.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Designing paid social ads (primarily Meta) built to perform
  • Creating high-quality static creative, with occasional motion where possible
  • Translating performance insights into stronger creative output
  • Taking ownership of briefs and pushing them further creatively
  • Collaborating closely with paid media specialists to improve results
  • Contributing ideas for testing, iteration and scaling campaigns
  • Supporting on occasional pitch work and creative concepts

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

  • Experience designing paid social / digital ads
  • Strong understanding of what makes creative convert, not just look good
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
  • Confidence working from briefs and taking initiative
  • Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite

Nice to have:

  • Motion / animation (After Effects or similar)
  • Experience in fitness, wellness or performance-led brands
  • Familiarity with Canva
