- Salary: £30,515 pro rata (£15.86 ph)

Key Responsibilities
- To grow saleable produce using organic methods at the Gardens.
- Share in the management of the crops and harvest for customers.
- Support the volunteering programme.
- Promote and sustain the ethos of AMC gardens.
