The Birch Collective is seeking a Project Lead and Facilitator to work two days a week. The role involves leading nature‑based creative and land‑skills groups for young people and adults who are experiencing mental ill‑health, social isolation, or difficult transitions. Through these groups the facilitator will support participants in building resilience, finding motivation, and reclaiming a sense of purpose and empowerment.
