North Wales Regional Support Officer – DTA Wales

Location: Remote, home‑based

Hours: 3–4 days per week (0.6–0.8 FTE), 21–28 hours per week

Salary: £29,680 – £33,920 pa (FTE)

Area: Wales

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to eligible community groups and social enterprises through membership services and programmes.
• Build relationships between groups and key partners, nurturing and connecting the network of groups in each area.
• Engage in networking, signposting and resource sharing to ensure excellent member experience, retention and growth.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic, well‑connected, with direct experience and passion for the social and community business sector in Wales.
• Experience running, developing, and/or supporting community groups and enterprises.
• Dynamic communicator, fluent in Cymraeg.
• Capable of contributing to a pan‑Wales team of Support Officers.
