The Birch Collective is seeking a Project Lead and Facilitator to work two days a week. The role involves leading nature-based creative and land-skills groups for young people and adults who are experiencing mental ill-health, social isolation, or difficult transitions.

Through these groups, the facilitator will support participants in building resilience, finding motivation, and reclaiming a sense of purpose and empowerment.
