Salary
£32,671 full‑time (37.5 hours per week), plus 5% pension contribution.
Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is excited about leading a project focused upon creating pathways for pollinators, developing tree trails, and empowering local people to reconnect with nature in meaningful ways. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys working flexibly and collaboratively, and wants to make a lasting environmental and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a programme of work with partners and collaborators, including diverse communities and volunteers.
- Deliver community engagement, outreach and development activities.
- Facilitate hands‑on learning experiences that inspire others to engage in outdoor activities all seasons.
- Collaborate with partners to create pathways for pollinators and develop tree trails.
Qualifications & Experience
- Genuine passion for nature, biodiversity and urban growing.
- Experience in community engagement, outreach and development.
- Strong communication, flexibility and collaborative skills.
