Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is excited about leading a project focused upon creating pathways for pollinators, developing tree trails, and empowering local people to reconnect with nature in meaningful ways. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys working flexibly and collaboratively, and wants to make a lasting environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a programme of work with partners and collaborators, including diverse communities and volunteers.
• Deliver community engagement, outreach and development activities.
• Facilitate hands‑on learning experiences that inspire others to engage in outdoor activities all seasons.
• Collaborate with partners to create pathways for pollinators and develop tree trails.

• Genuine passion for nature, biodiversity and urban growing.
• Experience in community engagement, outreach and development.
• Strong communication, flexibility and collaborative skills.
