Sutton Community Farm in London is seeking a Head Grower. You will oversee all growing operations, plan crops, manage seasonal planting, and lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver fresh, organic produce to the local community.
This is a permanent, full‑time post on a 5‑day week (Mon–Fri) with occasional Saturdays in lieu. Start date is flexible from November 2026 to January 2027; salary is £34,478 FTE (£17.68/hour).
