We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead our Core products. Your main tasks will be:
- Product Vision & Strategy: define long-term roadmap, prioritization, development cycles, and transformation initiatives.
- Leadership of Product Organization: manage Product Directors, P&L Owners, Mobile/Core Product Leads, and cross-functional squads.
- Full ownership of Product P&L: unit economics, monetization, pricing, conversion, and profitability across the platform.
- Product Metrics & Analytics: LTV, conversion flows, monetization funnel, retention drivers, product-driven churn.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with the CEO, Finance, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, HR, and CX teams (via CXO).
- Innovation & Transformation: redesign product logic, improve transparency, optimize matching algorithms, elevate UX/UI, and introduce new monetization models.
- Scalability: ensure that SDG’s product portfolio and underlying platform scale effectively across multiple geographies and 50+ brands.
We expect from you:
- 7–12+ years in product leadership roles (Product Director, CPO).
- Proven ownership of P&L and experience driving significant profit growth.
- Strong background in consumer tech, mobile apps, subscription models, dating, entertainment, fintech, or social platforms.
- Experience leading multi-level product teams (P&L owners, Directors, Leads, squads).
- Demonstrated success scaling products, optimizing funnels, and improving unit economics.
- Experience with high-load consumer systems, global audiences, and multi-brand product portfolios.
- Relentlessly results-oriented approach—maintain laser focus on outcomes (profit, LTV, conversion), push through obstacles, and drive execution in both direct and matrix structures, especially under pressure.
- High personal ownership—operate with a “the result depends on me” mindset, take full responsibility for product performance, and proactively solve problems beyond formal scope when they impact P&L.
- Strong leadership & communication—articulate vision and goals clearly, earn trust, develop teams, lead through influence, and navigate cross-functional negotiations with high EQ.
- Decisive, analytical thinker—capable of processing large volumes of data, identifying causal patterns, evaluating options, anticipating risks, and making fast, informed decisions that support product transformation.
- Adaptive, innovative, self-developing—stay stable under stress, quickly adjust to changing priorities, actively seek feedback, and continuously introduce new ideas, technologies, and approaches that improve product outcomes.
- Fluent Russian.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
