We are seeking a Deputy CEO to join our Family Office and Captive Investment Fund, SDVentures. This fund manages a diversified global investment portfolio, oversees governance of majority-owned digital businesses, and ensures long-term support for our beneficiaries. Assets include real estate, public market instruments, private equity, and luxury assets.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee asset governance and ensure value preservation across online businesses.
- Manage investment portfolios, monitor performance, rebalance strategies, and mitigate risks.
- Optimize legal and financial infrastructure, drive succession planning, enhance brand visibility, and lead high-performing teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in multi-asset governance across digital and traditional assets.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, capital structure, and financial modeling.
- Experience leading M&A transactions, private equity deals, IPOs, and exits.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, including managing teams of 10+.
- Hands-on experience with various asset classes: equities, options, fixed income, commodities, hedge funds, real estate, venture capital, private equity.
- Knowledge of international taxation and legal structuring, especially in EU (Cyprus), USA, Hong Kong, and UAE.
- Structured, analytical thinking and results-driven mindset with high accountability and decision-making skills.
