Ecom Manager: TikTok Shop in Maidenhead

Role Overview: Responsible for driving growth across clients' TikTok Shop and ecommerce channels, reporting directly to the CEO.

Package: Salary £35-45,000 per annum uncapped performance bonus OTE £50-70K+

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize clients' TikTok Shops to driving revenue and in alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging TikTok features to deploy effective tactics.
• Maintain and update product listings, ensuring they are optimized for seasonality and relevant SEO terms.

Growth & Performance

• Implement performance tracking and reporting, including monitoring key metrics such as engagement, product clicks, conversions, and sales.
• Manage and deliver an ROI of 3 or more on GMV Max Campaigns.
• Maintain a shop health score of 4.8 or above.
• Meet client-specific KPIs and targets set by the company.

Affiliate & Content Management

• Develop and execute strategies to expand affiliate networks and drive revenue through partnerships.
• Recruit and manage relationships with affiliates, content creators, and influencers to secure collaborations and maximize campaign impact.
• Manage and grow TikTok affiliate communities for clients.
• Collaborate with the Content team to support launches, promotions, sales, and shoppable videos.

Customer Experience

• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

Working Terms

• Flexibility: The role offers schedule flexibility provided that all projects and tasks are completed by agreed-upon deadlines.
• Availability: Expected to be contactable between 9am-6pm.
• Weekend Monitoring: Required to monitor client accounts during weekends to ensure customer response rates are not negatively impacted.
• You must have experience in running TikTok Shops to apply, please confirm you have worked on TikTok Shop before and the shops you have managed
