Social Chameleon, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our directors in both their professional and personal capacities. This role is based in our London office and offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned PA to work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Personal Assistant to the Directors, you will play a crucial role in managing their schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring their professional and personal affairs run smoothly. This is a varied role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Schedule Management – Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel for the directors.
- Administrative Support – Handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing office-related tasks.
- Personal Assistance – Assisting with errands, event planning, scheduling, and travel bookings.
- Liaison & Communication – Acting as a key point of contact between the directors and clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc Support – Providing general assistance as required, ensuring both professional and personal tasks are handled seamlessly.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced PA with at least 5+ years of experience supporting directors, C-suite executives, or similar high-level professionals. The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including developed drafting skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and able to manage both professional and personal tasks with discretion.
- Experienced in managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- A background in law or experience as a legal secretary is a bonus, as one of the directors is also a commercial law barrister.
