We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support our two Directors across both professional and personal affairs. About the Directors: This role supports two Directors whose work spans several growing ventures. The first is a Forbes 30 Under 30 agency owner and the founder of Social Chameleon, with a second venture - a SaaS business - launching in September 2026. A committed entrepreneur with ambitions across both business and personal life, they need a trusted partner to keep everything moving in parallel. The second is a senior legal professional first and foremost, who also serves as a Director of Social Chameleon. Their support needs centre on appointment setting and personal administration. Alongside their professional commitments, the Directors are building a growing property portfolio. Support here includes booking and attending viewings, coordinating appointments and overseeing renovation logistics.

The Role: We are seeking a proactive, resourceful and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to the Directors across executive assistance, personal support and day-to-day coordination. This is a varied and often fast-paced role, spanning business priorities, personal administration and lifestyle logistics. It requires someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently and bring calm structure to busy and often shifting schedules. This is not a traditional administrative role, but a trusted support position at the heart of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across two Directors
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and scheduling priorities
- Manage travel bookings, itineraries and logistics
