- Support the creation of content briefs for designers and creators
- Assist with content planning, scheduling and publishing
- Contribute to content ideation and creative concepts
- Ensure content is platform-native, on brand and aligned with strategic objectives
- Stay on top of platform updates, trends and best practice
Community & Engagement
- Manage comments, DMs and replies across client channels
- Identify opportunities for engagement and reactive content
- Flag any sensitive or high-priority interactions to the Senior Social Strategist
Performance & Optimisation

- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and content performance
- Assist in identifying insights and optimisation opportunities
- Help maintain reporting dashboards and performance trackers
Team & Agency Support
- Work closely with the Senior Social Strategist, Account Manager and Creative team
- Support the delivery of campaigns alongside influencer, paid media and content teams
- Assist with content audits, competitor reviews and research
- Help ensure smooth workflows, timelines and approvals
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a social media, content or digital marketing role (agency or brand-side)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn (formats, features and best practice)
- Confidence in copywriting and tone of voice adaptation
- Experience creating or contributing to content briefs and ideation
- A good creative eye and understanding of what performs on social
- An analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in native platform tools and scheduling platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Hootsuite, etc.)
