We are currently undergoing a rebrand as we refocus our skills and expertise on clients across travel and lifestyle. As a fast-growing social media and content agency with a global team and a passion for storytelling, we are looking for a confident and commercially minded Senior Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and shape the next phase of our journey.
We are seeking an experienced business development professional to lead our new business strategy and execution. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new client opportunities, predominantly within the travel, hospitality, beauty, and premium lifestyle sectors.
- Own and drive the agency’s new business strategy, reporting directly to the MD.
- Lead on proposal writing, pitch preparation, and delivery alongside senior leadership and strategy teams.
- Develop tailored outreach campaigns in collaboration with our marketing team to increase brand visibility and generate inbound interest.
- Represent the agency at relevant industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report regularly on pipeline progress and revenue forecasts.
A minimum of 4–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in a digital, creative, or social media agency setting.
A strong network and demonstrable success working with travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Strong proposal writing and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that sell.
Passion for social media, culture, and storytelling – you get what makes a brand culturally relevant.
£50,000 base salary plus commission/bonus based on performance.
Flexible hybrid working model (London HQ).
