Fel Cydlynydd Prosiect, byddwch yn cefnogi amrywiaeth o feysydd gwaith gwella a datblygu, prosiectau, rhwydweithiau a phartneriaethau. Gan ddarparu gwasanaeth gweinyddol hollbwysig, byddwch yn gweithio yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg, gan gynorthwyo gyda datblygu a chyflwyno prosiectau a chwarae rôl gefnogol hanfodol wrth gydlynu cyfarfodydd mewnol ac allanol. Yn ogystal, byddwch yn casglu ac yn dadansoddi data ac yn adeiladu argymhellion ar gyfer amcanion a blaenoriaethau yn y dyfodol, yn ogystal â sefydlu a chynnal systemau gweinyddol, gweithdrefnau a chronfeydd data.
