To achieve this, we lead on developing and regulating the social care workforce, service improvement, and data and research to improve care. Through our quality assurance work, we support social work educators in both education and practice settings, ensuring the highest level of training for the next generation of social workers. We are now looking for a Welsh-speaking individual to join us in a Facilities Support role on a permanent, full-time basis, working 36 hours per week. However, this role is offered with flexible working and we will also consider candidates as part of a job share. The Benefits – Salary of £24,423 – £27,239 per annum (pro rata if part-time) – 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service) – Extra days off between Christmas and New Year – Local government pension scheme – Flexi work policy – Family leave policy The Role In this Facilities Support role, you will provide a vital receptionist and facilities service to ensure the smooth operation of our Cardiff office. You will greet and assist visitors, manage access and security, handle incoming and outgoing communications and respond to facilities requests. Acting as fire warden, you’ll support safety protocols and oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment and the overall workspace environment. Additionally, you will: – Provide administrative support to the Registration team – Maintain and update guidance documents on the intranet and email – Support office accommodation and refurbishment projects About You To be considered for this Facilities Support role, you will need: – Experience working in a customer service environment – Experience using Microsoft platforms, especially Word, Excel and Outlook – An organised approach to work and time management – The ability to speak Welsh and English The closing date for this role is 13th February 2025.
