Byddwch hefyd yn dadansoddi anghenion defnyddwyr ac amcanion busnes, yn mapio teithiau a chynlluniau gwasanaeth, yn cynnal gweithdai, yn datblygu ac yn profi prototeipiau, ac yn trosi syniadau\’n ddyluniadau clir, ymarferol. Yn ogystal, byddwch yn: – Gweithio fel rhan o dm amlddisgyblaethol ar brosiectau dylunio gwasanaethau – Casglu a dehongli anghenion defnyddwyr i ddiffinio problemau a datblygu atebion sy\’n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth Amdanoch Chi Er mwyn i chi gael eich ystyried yn Ddylunydd Gwasanaethau, bydd angen: – Sylfaen a phrofiad cryf mewn dylunio sy\’n canolbwyntio ar y defnyddiwr, o\’r cysyniad i\’r cyflwyniad terfynol – Profiad o gymryd rhan mewn ymchwil a defnyddio mewnwelediad i lywio dylunio gwasanaethau – Profiad o greu arteffactau dylunio gwasanaethau, prototeipiau, teithiau defnyddwyr a llifau gwasanaethau – Profiad o ddadansoddi a syntheseiddio data ac ymchwil defnyddwyr – Gradd neu gymhwyster galwedigaethol cyfatebol Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer y rl hon yw 3ydd Awst 2025. To do this, we lead on developing and regulating the social care workforce, service improvement, data and research to improve care. Were now looking for a Service Designer to join us on a 12 month fixed-term basis (maternity cover). This role is offered with flexible working options, and we will consider candidates as part of a job share. Leading end-to-end service design, youll tackle complex policy and service challenges. Insights will be turned into practical improvements that shape how people interact with our online and offline services, always ensuring user needs come first. Youll also analyse user needs and business objectives, map journeys and service blueprints, run workshops, develop and test prototypes, and translate ideas into clear, actionable designs. Additionally, you will: – Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team on service design projects – Gather and interpret user needs to define problems and develop evidence-based solutions About You To be considered as a Service Designer, you will need: – A strong grounding and experience in user-centred design, from concept to final delivery – Experience participating in research and using insight to inform service design – Experience creating service design artefacts, prototypes, user journeys and service flows – Experience analysing and synthesising data and user research – A degree or equivalent vocational qualification The closing date for this role is 3rd August 2025.
