Fel ein Rheolwr Prosiect, byddwch yn cymryd perchnogaeth o bortffolio amrywiol o brosiectau digidol, data a thechnoleg a gynlluniwyd i wella sut mae gofal a chymorth yn cael eu darparu ledled Cymru. Gan gymhwyso eich arbenigedd rheoli prosiectau, byddwch yn diffinio, cynllunio a chyflawni prosiectau sy'n llunio offer ac adnoddau arloesol i hyrwyddo ein huchelgeisiau digidol a data, gan sicrhau bod gwaith yn cael ei gyflawni ar amser, o fewn y gyllideb ac i safon eithriadol. Ar yr un pryd, byddwch yn datblygu perthnasoedd cynhyrchiol yn weithredol â rhanddeiliaid allweddol ar draws y dirwedd gofal cymdeithasol, gan hyrwyddo ein gwaith digidol a data a chryfhau cydweithio.
