The Personalised Learning College and North Yorkshire Council seek a Wellbeing and Personal Development Lead to drive strategic and hands-on leadership for learner wellbeing, personal development and safeguarding-aligned curriculum across our specialist post-16 provision.

You will shape trauma-informed practice, ensure EHCP-aligned outcomes, and support attendance, resilience and progression to adulthood through inclusive programmes and strong multi-agency partnerships.
