The Personalised Learning College (PLC) is seeking an ambitious Curriculum Lead to inspire and manage SEND provision while continuing to teach and directly support learners. You will drive high standards in teaching, learning and assessment, collaborate with Curriculum Heads and Centre Heads, and shape service development across PLC locations.

We expect substantial SEND FE experience, strong subject knowledge, and a proven track record in coaching staff, curriculum planning and quality assurance.
