Technical Coordinator (Permanent, Contract)

Translate service and operational needs into robust, performance-driven contract documentation. Create clear commercial cost models and schedules of rates aligned to specifications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the programme team and operational contract managers. Provide training and support to staff on new contract terms and documentation. Strong understanding and application of the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates. Proven ability to develop complex technical specifications and commercial documentation.
